Sponsorship Levels

You can register to be an event sponsor online or mail in your sponsorship form.  Please select a sponsorship level below.

Presenting Sponsor | $30,000 | 1 available | Call to purchase

• The entire event will be presented by "Sponsors Name"
• Name prominently displayed on all print advertising as such (T-Shirts, flyers, print media, etc.)
• (4) 3'x15' banner displayed at various locations throughout event (main entrances, awards stage, judges tent)
• Your name will be part of all public paid for media advertising
• Name on home page of event website as presenting sponsor
• 10 event t-shirts
• 20' x 30' area for promotional display right in the middle of the event
• 40 VIP passes which will allow free parking, gate entry and attendance of the Sponsors diner

In Kind Donations

Goodie Bags have become a regular item for teams on the BBQ Circuit. Some events are much better than others. They generally consist of promotional items from area businesses. Teams often remember goodie bags for the good ones and the bad ones. We hope to make ours one of the best on the circuit.

We will be purchasing some items for the bags but could use anything you have that you would like to include (pads of paper, pens, pencils, lotions, soaps, snacks, etc.)

We would like to ask that you think about the cook teams when donating items. They cook BBQ for almost 24 hours straight while staying in tents and campers. They get very little sleep on Friday nights at Competitions. Let's give them some things they can use and not just pitch in the trash on their way home.

We are open to any and all ideas. We want to make this a great event that the entire community can enjoy for many years to come. We need your help to make that happen. It takes a lot to plan and pull of an event of this magnitude.
